In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 By accessing the hellowin Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with hellowin's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Bonus Terms, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2.2 These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device used to access the Platform, including but not limited to desktop computers, smartphones, and tablets.

2.3 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2.4 hellowin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 16 (Amendments) for further details.

3.1 To be eligible to register an Account and use hellowin's real-money gaming services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (corporate entities may not hold gaming accounts);
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement with hellowin or any PAGCOR-regulated operator;
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of a current employee, officer, or director of hellowin or any of its affiliated companies.

3.2 hellowin reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4.1 Each Player may hold only one (1) active Account on hellowin. The creation of duplicate Accounts is strictly prohibited. Where hellowin identifies duplicate Accounts, it reserves the right to merge or terminate the duplicate Account, void any Bonus Credits held in the duplicate Account, and deny pending withdrawal requests from the duplicate Account.

4.2 When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to promptly update your Account information whenever any registered details change.

4.3 hellowin accounts are personal to the registered holder. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise deal with your Account or any Account Balance to any other person. Accounts suspected of being transferred or sold will be immediately suspended pending investigation.

4.4 hellowin may, in its sole discretion, decline to open an Account for any applicant without providing a reason for such refusal.

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.

5.2 hellowin will never ask for your password via email, SMS, social media, or live chat. Any communication claiming to be from hellowin and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

5.3 You agree to notify hellowin support immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your Account. hellowin shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable credential security.

5.4 hellowin employs 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption across all Platform connections. Additionally, OTP verification is triggered upon login from unrecognized devices or IP ranges as a secondary authentication measure.

6.1 hellowin accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

6.2 All Account Balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). hellowin does not accept or hold funds in any foreign currency. Deposits made in foreign currencies will be automatically declined.

6.3 You confirm that all funds deposited into your hellowin Account are legally obtained and represent your own money. Depositing proceeds of criminal activity, including money laundering, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

6.4 hellowin does not charge Player-facing fees on standard deposits made via GCash or PayMaya. Third-party processing fees imposed by your payment provider are outside hellowin's control and are your responsibility.

7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods registered in the Account holder's own legal name. hellowin does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

7.2 Before processing a withdrawal, hellowin may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, including submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. First-time withdrawals will always be subject to KYC review.

7.3 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash and PayMaya: under 5 minutes for fully verified accounts
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank: 1–3 business days, subject to banking cut-off times
• Accounts pending KYC review: up to 5 business days

7.4 hellowin reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, hellowin will notify the Player and may request additional documentation.

7.5 Only the Real Money portion of your Account Balance is available for withdrawal. Bonus Credits cannot be withdrawn. Winnings generated from Bonus Credits become withdrawable only after all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied.

8.1 hellowin offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms set out in the applicable promotion page in addition to these general Terms.

8.2 Bonus Credits are credited to your Account as a separate, non-withdrawable balance. Wagering Requirements must be fully met before winnings generated from Bonus Credits become withdrawable as Real Money.

8.3 Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion:

• Bonuses are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of credit, after which any unused Bonus Credits and associated winnings will expire.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible Games as specified in the promotion terms. Live casino table bets, sports betting single-game wagers, and specific excluded titles may contribute at a reduced or zero percentage toward Wagering Requirements.
• One welcome bonus per household, device, or IP address. Evidence of multiple accounts being used to claim a single bonus will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus amounts.

8.4 hellowin reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while Players hold active Bonus Credits under that promotion, the existing Bonus Credits will remain valid under the terms originally communicated.

9.1 Each game available on hellowin is governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules prevail with respect to the specific game concerned.

9.2 Bets are final once confirmed. hellowin does not accept requests to void, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except where an error demonstrably occurred on the part of hellowin's systems or game providers.

9.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or interruption during a game round, hellowin will endeavor to reconstruct the game state using server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected bets will be void and the wagered amount refunded to the Player's Account.

9.4 Displayed Return to Player (RTP) percentages for electronic gaming machines (slots) represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. hellowin is not liable for session results that differ from stated RTP values.

9.5 Sports betting markets are subject to specific settlement rules available in the sports betting section of the Platform. Results are settled based on official results as recognized by the relevant governing body. hellowin is not responsible for typographical errors in odds, and reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hellowin Platform. Breach of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to open an Account in circumvention of these Terms;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any software that mimics human gameplay or provides an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players to the detriment of hellowin or other Players, including coordinated exploitation of promotional offers;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or bugs to gain an unauthorized advantage in any Game;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes;
• Attempting to access the Platform in a manner that circumvents technological protection measures;
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward hellowin staff or other Players via any Platform communication channel.

11.1 hellowin enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all real-money gaming activity. Where hellowin has reasonable grounds to suspect an Account is held by or accessed by a person under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended immediately pending age verification.

11.2 hellowin provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from Account Settings without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that restrict the maximum amount you may deposit within a specified period;
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session termination after a specified duration of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary Account restriction of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days applied at your request;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary permanent or long-term (minimum 6 months) exclusion from the Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the selected period.

11.3 Players who self-exclude from hellowin are encouraged to also self-exclude from other licensed gaming operators through PAGCOR's responsible gaming channels. hellowin will not accept deposits or wagers from Players with active self-exclusion orders.

12.1 The hellowin Platform, including its content, software, design, trademarks, logos, game assets, and all other materials, is the exclusive property of hellowin and its licensors. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

12.3 hellowin actively enforces its intellectual property rights. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of hellowin's branding, screenshots, game recordings, or software may result in legal action.

13.1 The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hellowin makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the accuracy of any information provided thereon.

13.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hellowin shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, arising from:

• Platform unavailability or downtime;
• Technical malfunctions, server errors, or internet connectivity failures;
• Unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Gaming outcomes, including losing bets and jackpot non-hits.

13.3 Nothing in these Terms limits hellowin's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting hellowin support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to pending KYC and wagering requirements. Bonus Credits will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

14.2 hellowin may suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• hellowin has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority directs hellowin to close the Account;
• Continuing to maintain the Account would expose hellowin to regulatory risk.

14.3 Where an Account is terminated by hellowin for breach of these Terms, hellowin reserves the right to withhold any Account Balance pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, the Account Balance may be forfeited entirely.

15.1 If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of hellowin's services, you should first raise the matter with hellowin's support team via live chat or by emailing the support address listed on this site. hellowin will endeavor to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

15.2 If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at first-tier support, you may escalate the matter in writing to hellowin's compliance team. Escalated complaints will be reviewed within 10 business days, and a final determination will be communicated in writing.

15.3 Disputes relating to game outcomes must be raised within thirty (30) calendar days of the relevant game result. hellowin will not investigate disputes raised after this period has elapsed.

15.4 hellowin's determination on disputes relating to game outcomes, technical malfunctions, and bonus eligibility is final and binding, subject to any overriding direction from PAGCOR.

16.1 hellowin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via in-Platform notification, email, or SMS at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of the amendment, except where more rapid implementation is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

16.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date and withdraw any Real Money Balance.

17.1 These Terms and the relationship between hellowin and each Player shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17.2 hellowin operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework. To the extent that any provision of these Terms is inconsistent with any mandatory PAGCOR directive or applicable Philippine statute, the applicable regulation or statute shall prevail, and such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to achieve compliance.

17.3 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 15 shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
